1. Elicit Elicit: The AI Research Assistant :

Elicit, developed by Ought, is an AI tool to find 'seed articles' and to mine for keywords/subject headings. When you enter a question, it returns alternate questions that can lead to further "seed" articles. 

Searching Features: 

• Elicit uses language models to help you automate research workflows, like parts of literature review.

• Elicit can find relevant papers without perfect keyword match, summarize takeaways from the paper specific to your question, and extract key information from the papers.

• While answering questions with research is the main focus of Elicit, there are also other research tasks that help with brainstorming, summarization, and text classification.

• You can save and export your work to citation managers such as Zotero.

• Returning alternate questions that can lead to further "seed" articles

 • Extracting details from papers into an organized table 

• Unlimited search across more than 125 million papers  

2. Meta AI

Meta AI is a company owned by Meta (formerly Facebook) that develops artificial intelligence and augmented and artificial reality technologies. Meta AI deems itself an academic research laboratory, focused on generating knowledge for the AI community, and should not be confused with Meta's Applied Machine Learning (AML) team, which focuses on the practical applications of its products. 

Meta AI offers a range of features designed to enhance user experience and support various tasks. Key functionalities include:  

•  Virtual Assistant: Meta AI acts as a virtual assistant, capable of answering questions and providing information on demand.  

•  Image Generation: Users can generate photorealistic images using the "Imagine" feature, allowing for creative expression and sharing within chats.

CloudConvert was founded 2012 with the vision to build a universal tool for file conversions. Our product is used both by end users and corporate customers via our API. CloudConvert is built by Lunaweb GmbH, a company located in Munich, Germany. CloudConvert is designed to be user-friendly while providing powerful features for both casual users and developers  

CloudConvert is a versatile online file conversion tool that supports over 200 different formats, including audio, video, documents, images, and more. Key features include high-priority processing, customizable conversion parameters, and the ability to convert files without downloading software. It also offers an API for advanced users and integrations with cloud storage services.

5. Black box AI 

 Black box AI refers to artificial intelligence systems whose internal workings are not transparent, meaning users can observe inputs and outputs but cannot understand the underlying decision-making processes. These systems often employ complex algorithms, such as deep learning models, which can analyze vast amounts of data across various applications, including healthcare, finance, and autonomous vehicles. The opacity of black box AI raises concerns about trust, accountability, and potential biases, as users cannot easily validate the outputs or understand how decisions are made.
